Timsbury Manor Lake

Timsbury Manor Lake is an attractive character lake of about two acres.

The lake boasts a variety of different swims set in the original park land of the Manor house. It has always been a popular choice for local anglers as the good fishing and pleasant surroundings make for a great day out. The lake is well stocked with Carp of up to 25lb and specimen roach. During the winter of 2009 a schedule of work was carried out to improve the swims and general landscape.

The syndicate is limited to 26 people paying a yearly fee. Four day tickets are retained for syndicate member’s guests. The lake gained a reputation as a good match lake and we are still happy to talk to clubs wishing to hold matches.

Please note: Despite various rumours the lake was closed to day tickets in 2009 due to the expiry of the previous tenants lease. The lake has been in possession of the present owners for the last twenty years and has not been sold.
